x2 and dont believe the hype about added HP cause i did my rearend and motor oil and ran the same as when i used mobil 1. i dont think 25 dollars extra is worth it cause i even went to the track the next day and ran the same from the day before

R/P looks too dirty of an oil for me to use..Looks recycled..If Castrol is good enough for John Force its good enough for me..But on Tranny fluids I use the manufacturers shit...
for the tranny fluid, they said it cools the temp of the tranny by 20 degrees Farenheit. ima still try them.ownedthumb

You want good oil run Amsoil or Leading Edge. Great stuff! Leading edge is actually based off castrol syntec.
I run no royal purple due to a buddies first hand experience. Ran his motor 1 season on mobil 1 and pulled it apart and it looked new. Ran the next season on Royal purple as he picked them up as a sponsor and his bearings looked scarred after one season!

Hell us older car guys have no use for that expensive shit. I run castrol or valvoline 10w40 and change it much more frequent. 10 to 15 bucks an oil change helps too!

last time i had a head gasket issue with my car.. coolant and oil were mixing after just a day or so of driving.. in the matter of a week I had been through 5 different synthetic oil changes... 6 quarts of RP oil and a mobil one filter... everday day or two for a week...
had tto have ended up spending at least 250 bucks in oil..

LOL all that money in high dollar oil and 4 bucks on that junky filter? LOL run a Mobil Filter or if you have an advance auto parts run their "pure one" filter. That is one of the highest micron trapping filters on the market! It beat out K&N oil filters AND was damn near even with Mobil!
