no problemo,
btw, Extrude honing is what some people do to the cast aluminum manifolds that came with a dsm.
Not sure if the manifold on a cobra is same material,

easy to do...if you gasket match the ports, youll see decent gains....pneumatic rotary tool and a gasket you dont mind tearing up....a smooth sanding head ( basically flaps of coarse sand paper tied to a rotary head ), and a rotary chisel head...looks like a teardrop shaped threaded bit....
threaded chisel bit to get the size right, then clean it up with the smooth head....they make long smooth sanding heads that can reach really far inside of parts, if you know what you're doing, you can get almost all of it ported....this is my chosen method over the last few cars I've had work done on....extrude honing is really expensive, and IMO, doesn't get a whole lot better than hand porting, as long as the porter knows what they're doing

the cobra intake is aluminum.. i wouldnt do it by hand though.. i'd let a shop do it right by cutting the upper mani, port and reweld shorter... then port the lower to the heads and gasket match the upper and lower together..
