Its unlocked with new 3.0 and ready to go. I was using it on t mobile. I have 3 iphones so one needs to go. Works perfect no issues at all. Battery still holds charge very well. Screen has no scratches or flaws. Back has like 4 dings and real minor scuff. Price is obo. Only comes with phone and charger.
