Well last night after the gym, he was driving his car (95 hatch with an LS swap) and then he stated that he felt like he was loosing power and then the car just shut off, and when he tried to turn it on, it sounded like there was something loose inside the engine.
He stays in the southeast of houston...
Can it be a dropped valve??

It sounds like its coming for the block...
When he tries to crank it turns do you hear the noise....If you hear it in the block..Yeah probably dropped a valve..Is there check engine...Plug a pin in the side jack by the passenger door a code or codes will come up...Count how many times the c/e blinks ....Give a lil hint into problem..But ususallly when you drop a valve you blow a motor..Doesnt sound like loss of power...Did it make any noises durring loss of power...Need more info..

He stated that he kep hearing this lil clicking noise before the car shut off and I told him that I dont know much about piston ( rotaries my whole life) and last night he stated that he was in 3rd gear and felt like the car was loosing power and then he down shifted and just cut off. When we tried to turn it on, It sounds like something is inside making a nasty sound like something small but metal is hanging around
