Tuning a 3000 gt

A buddy of mine has a 3000 gt and is wanting to tune it .He asked me but i dont know anyone that does .Does anybody have any suggestions ?

he's not gonna get much out of it if it's not Turbo'd.

if it's not turbo'd, then its no bueno...its a good daily driver but that's about it.

his is a 99 automatic 3000 gt dont know if its a sl but i know its not a vr4

dont know really .Dont talk much . He just sent me a message asking me about it a while back and i didnt look into it and he sent me another 2 days ago hahaha so im trying to help him out now
